Exactly one week after I paid my down-payment for a new heat pump and furnace air handler, two technicians arrived to install all the equipment. They worked all day and by 5:30 pm my complete system was running! The Lennox heat pump works perfectly and is more than 20% more effective than our previous system. Ethan arrived and double-checked the problem that I had reported to Patriot on June 8th. An oversight on the previous plumber’s work caused a small leak.
