Tom & Ethan came out really quickly as I was concerted about a leak coming from inside our laundry/bathroom wall. They were both so eager to explain different possible scenarios, and triple check all potential causes from our toilet to water heater, to our newly installed washer. The leak was likely from my washer hose coming out of the drain pipe (my fault, 😆) and they were so kind about it— told me to follow up with them tomorrow if it wasn’t fully resolved. Today we received five star service from Patriot Plumbing tech Jason Garrett. He contacted me ahead of our scheduled appointment allowing me the opportunity to explain the issue prior the necessary pipe repair. Tech Jason then stopped by, evaluated the issue in person, then kept me updated prior to the repair, including the costs so there were no surprises. After completion he thoroughly went over everything, including Patriot Plumbing's six month included warranty too. I was very impressed with his service and professionalism. I explained that I had a coupon received in the mail for another Plumbing company but didn't consider using it as my family had always received great service in the past from Patriot Plumbing.
