Called for a repair on leaking valve and customer service got us a plumber within hours. Noe and Mike spent the day here and repaired 13 valves, a sensor, water heater and some sink drains-upgrade time! Super happy we called them. Great service, great guys and very professional.

I had a failing water heater at my vacation home in Chelan. I made one call to Patriot Plumbing and the immediately set an appointment for the following day. A few hours later the scheduler called and was able to set an appointment immediately. Within the hour I had two highly qualified technicians arrive. We completed the assessment and I got five options to choose from. I picked the option that best suited our needs and in two hours a new water heater was in place. Exactly one week after I paid my down-payment for a new heat pump and furnace air handler, two technicians arrived to install all the equipment. They worked all day and by 5:30 pm my complete system was running! The Lennox heat pump works perfectly and is more than 20% more effective than our previous system. Ethan arrived and double-checked the problem that I had reported to Patriot on June 8th. An oversight on the previous plumber’s work caused a small leak. He reported this to the supervisor at Patriot and determined that we wouldn’t have to pay for the repairs today. Ethan worked efficiently and professionally and completed all work within 33 minutes!
