Jason stop by my place, Probably stayed for about 15 minutes or so.And we discussed the problem with a toilet attachment, and he showed me.Some items are used to repair that particular problem.And he was very very helpful. Today we received five star service from Patriot Plumbing tech Jason Garrett. He contacted me ahead of our scheduled appointment allowing me the opportunity to explain the issue prior the necessary pipe repair. Tech Jason then stopped by, evaluated the issue in person, then kept me updated prior to the repair, including the costs so there were no surprises. After completion he thoroughly went over everything, including Patriot Plumbing's six month included warranty too. I was very impressed with his service and professionalism. I explained that I had a coupon received in the mail for another Plumbing company but didn't consider using it as my family had always received great service in the past from Patriot Plumbing. I really appreciated Patriot Plumbing coming out in the morning; just hours after I called. I was alerted to a small leak in my house in the early hours (~1A) in the morning. I was able to call and talk to someone at that hour who was able to schedule Noa and Ethan to come out to our house in under 8 hours. They were quickly able to assess and repair the faulty pipe.

The team at Patriot Plumbing was incredibly friendly and put us at ease. They arrived on time, explained the problem clearly, and fixed our backed up toilet issue quickly and professionally. They even made recommendations for preventing this problem in the future. Patriot Plumbing, Heating and Cooling was efficient, professional and provided quality work on our tub/shower conversation to walk in shower. They communicated everything they were doing and/or would need to do as well as timeline. We had a slight adjustment due to home structural issues however Patriot provided answers and a contractor recommendation. They worked with the contractor to keep ever on schedule for us. Ordered and installed new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet with new plumbing. Jason installed in a couple hours and was extremely aware and sensitive to impact and cleanliness of project. Looks great! Works great! And Jason was extremely personable and professional. We even had him look over our hot water heating system and decided to change it out after our satisfaction with this job! Definitely would recommend Patriot Plumbing et al. for any job!
