Really appreciate the professionalism and work from Noe and Isidro. Did a good job explaining work needed and quality options to get the service done.

We needed new bathroom and kitchen fixtures installed and Neo with Patriot Plumbing arrived with every tool needed to complete the tasks and did not leave one speck of dirt behind him !!! Really very pleasant to have in the house and was gone before we new it. Invoice and a "Thank You For your business" email followed.

You can tell this company specializes in customer service along with plumbing. Replaced my water heater and expansion tank. Professional job from quoting the work to install. Work area was kept clean during install as well. Tom and Andy were personable and great to work with. Never felt rushed when I had questions. I appreciate the preventative measures this company has to offer. Will definitely have Patriot Plumbing come out to service my house in the future.

Tom and his crew were great. This was a big job involving replacing many pipes. They did it quickly and expertly.

Tom came out to provide a quote on some fitting replacements and new water heater. Was knowledgeable and communicative on what the options were. Prompt service and help me determine what was best for our needs.

Jason stop by my place, Probably stayed for about 15 minutes or so.And we discussed the problem with a toilet attachment, and he showed me.Some items are used to repair that particular problem.And he was very very helpful. There was no charge for this visit as you are having a special on this month for no charge for a fee to advise the situation and I appreciate that a lot.

Today we received five star service from Patriot Plumbing tech Jason Garrett. He contacted me ahead of our scheduled appointment allowing me the opportunity to explain the issue prior the necessary pipe repair. Tech Jason then stopped by, evaluated the issue in person, then kept me updated prior to the repair, including the costs so there were no surprises. After completion he thoroughly went over everything, including Patriot Plumbing's six month included warranty too. I was very impressed with his service and professionalism. I explained that I had a coupon received in the mail for another Plumbing company but didn't consider using it as my family had always received great service in the past from Patriot Plumbing. A big THANK YOU to Tech Jason and the entire Patriot Plumbing Team for taking care of us and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Patriot Plumbing to anyone in their service area with any plumbing needs.

Noe did an outstanding job. He was very thorough in advisinh our repair options. Once our choice was made he handled the repair quickly and efficiently. And his interaction by phone (initially I was not at our home) and then in person was very professional. Noe is definitely an asset to Patriot.

I really appreciated Patriot Plumbing coming out in the morning; just hours after I called. I was alerted to a small leak in my house in the early hours (~1A) in the morning. I was able to call and talk to someone at that hour who was able to schedule Noa and Ethan to come out to our house in under 8 hours. They were quickly able to assess and repair the faulty pipe.

We have worked with Patriot Plumbing staff on several plumbing updates to our older home. Today's project was installation of a dishwasher and plumbing/drainage revisions. Noe and Ethan were timely, professional and clear communicators about our service options and costs. They ensured all service aspects were met. We will continue to use Patriot because we trust the technicians to provide a quality service.

The team at Patriot Plumbing was incredibly friendly and put us at ease. They arrived on time, explained the problem clearly, and fixed our backed up toilet issue quickly and professionally. They even made recommendations for preventing this problem in the future. Our house is kinda far out there and we’ve had other plumbers come who charged us huge fees to travel here, but Patriot Plumbing was very reasonably priced. We will be using them in the future and I highly recommend them for anyone who wants great service!

Patriot Plumbing, Heating and Cooling was efficient, professional and provided quality work on our tub/shower conversation to walk in shower. They communicated everything they were doing and/or would need to do as well as timeline. We had a slight adjustment due to home structural issues however Patriot provided answers and a contractor recommendation. They worked with the contractor to keep ever on schedule for us. Isidor and the team were knowledgeable, understanding and friendly. We will definitely calk them again for any plumbing needs and recommend them. Thank you
