Patriot Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is awesome. Everybody did an excellent job. I have used Patriot for everything in the house. I had plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning work done. They all do a great job. Every person is very knowledgeable and professional. It’s the only company I have used and will use.

A new system was installed a few months ago and failed do to faulty installation. The technician identified the problems and fix them. He did a great job. I felt satisfied with the response and fix. Thank you. The technician was informative, efficient and friendly.

Replaced the outside water faucet that was leaking. Needed a whole new unit that would be better in the winter. Both men did a great job inside and out.

So it wasn’t Tom, but the two that were here did a great job.

Found Kevin again. Yeah!!! We met several years ago before Kevin started his own company. Great service. Came out to help with reconnecting a water main to my duplex after replacing the entire main line. After he finished, noticed another leak. He came out that evening, assess, and provided a plan for fixing. Came out and fixed not one but two additional leaks. This was 1950 built unit. Old infrastructure had failed. His knowledge, speed, and price were great. Will continue using him fir all my plumbing needs.

Was very impressed by Noe and Daniel's professional mannerisms and skills! They knew exactly what I needed and how to fulfill that. Also were willingly capable of taking care of another problem I had not expected to have done. Other plumbers I had asked about it would not even consider doing it. You are a terrific company and always seem to find the best employees!

Eder and his partner did a most professional job troubleshooting the problem with our very old cooling unit, cleaning it, and provided great advice for maintaining it to last longer. Unfortunately, the squeaking/screeching didn't occur during their visit and, of course, resumed intermittently as soon after they departed. We'll keep an eye on it and plan on replacing it when it finally fails. Anyway, I feel they did all they could do at the time and did a very good job!

July is a bad month to not have an HVAC system. I'm pleased to report that Patriot Plumbing was able to schedule an appointment with a service technician. The technician, Eder, arrived on the right day, at the right time, with the right tools, and with the right replacement parts. Within 45 minutes we had a new thermostat installed, programmed, and connected to wifi. Great Job Patriot.

We were served quickly after calling. The telephone person, as well as Jason, the plumber, was friendly, efficient and professional!

Jason from Patriot Plumbing was really great at helping trige the issue we were having even though it wasn't resolved. (Wasn't a plumbing issue). He reached out to a restoration company that came out and assisted with trying to find the cause of the issue. That was above and beyond in my book! Great job!

Noe was prompt and professional. The sump pump at a rental I own needed service, and the tenant was happy to get it working quickly.

This is the second time we have used Patriot Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Inc. The first job was installing a new hot water tank and the second was installing a new sink witch we ran into problems with the existing hole that took extra time to enlarge and fit into existing piping. The crew of Ryan, Noe and Matt were outstanding in problem solving and very professional in their work. I will use them again.

I had a leak from my upstairs bath drain form ceiling of the room below it. We were left without a shower with a family of five. We found Patriot Plumbing through a Google search and found the reviews from their customer base were very positive. We then checked the Better Business Bureau and found they were accredited and had an A+ rating there as well. I filled out the online appointment form and they contacted me within the hour. I was scheduled for the following morning. The client ahead of us ran a little over but we were kept in the loop via text messaging. Tom and Ethan did a stellar job. They used quality material, and cleaned up the area. The final cost was the same as estimated so no surprises. Quick, efficiant, friendly, and I appreciated how well Tom explained what he was doing every step of the way. Highly recommend.

We should not have been charged for the service provided because the condenser was not properly prepared for installation (unused connection was not sealed) or was not tested properly upon installation for leaks of unused connection.

Now is very professional and knows his trade well. He will always be doing our work. Thank you Noe!!

Water heater replacement was never easier! Noe from Patriot Plumbing came to my home and provided a detailed inspection with a list of replacement options and answered all of my questions. Once I selected my option, Patriot plumbing fit me into there schedule for the very next day! Water heater installation by Noe was professionally done in a few hours. He explained the water heater features, suggested maintenance items and answered all my questions in a very friendly manor.

Had a pipe clogged they were able to send someone out same day and clean the pipe. Super communicative and very helpful would definitely use them again

My experience with Patriot Plumbing and Heating has been nothing but stellar! The technician service and customer service have been excellent and I would highly suggest..

When I booked the visit I was clear that I was seeking help with a leak in our water pipe between our meter and the house. I was told they could help with that. But after the technician examined thoroughly inside the house (which we had already done), he said that they had no way to identify where a leak might be coming from in the main pipe. He was very nice, but I did not appreciate spending over $200 to learn that they could not really help me locate the leak and the best they could do was to charge $4,500 to do an exploratory dig with no guarantee. If I had been told that upfront before booking the visit I would not have had them come. As it is, I spent over $200 to learn nothing new. We are a nonprofit home for special needs adults and can't spend our money to get no new information. Frustrating that they weren't up front with what they could do at the beginning.
